IMPORTANT INFORMATION Dear ProFleet2 user,
You may have experienced some issues in recent weeks where data has not been reporting from the unit in your vehicle, and therefore your journey details will not be available on the website. The cause of this has been identified as a series of ‘spam’ messages sent across the mobile phone network, which has corrupted some settings within our units.
We are resolving these problems by reprogramming the units over the air, and normal service should resume within the next 7 days. Regrettably, some Journey data may be lost as a result.
