Fleet Manager Demonstration
If your fleet currently benefits from a maintenance contract your drivers will already have access to a preferred network of servicing outlets offering added value benefits such as courtesy cars, collection and delivery and a free wash and vac facility. With ProFleet2 your drivers are also contacted pro-actively by sms text messaging, e-mail or fax whenever their car is next due a service, guaranteeing that work is carried out in good time with minimal inconvenience. They also have access to a unique password protected website where all of their journey logs are recorded, assisting them with any business mileage and expense reporting, taking the guess-work and leg-work out of reimbursement claims. Everything they need is recorded accurately and privately and meets HMR&C guidelines on expenses claims/submissions.
Fleet Manager View
Whilst standard ProFleet2 reporting is restricted to a driver-view only, by opting for the Fleet Manager view you can have complete visibility of your vehicle fleet, accessing any journey log reporting that your drivers currently see. As a matter of course, and a pre-requisite before the Fleet Manager can view any driver record, however, drivers would need to grant consent to their journeys being accessible to authorised fleet contacts as part of your company's commitment to managing occupational road risk. This would be managed through the Driver Consent submission on their ProFleet2 home page.
A further optional upgrade which is available provides Driver Profiling and Vehicle Speed reporting providing additional duty of care indicators (DCI's) to help as part of a more co-ordinated occupational road risk strategy.
